~ Ruby defects, decides against selling out Sam (Clark's influence, maybe -- not wanting to get ganked by a Slayer, definitely). Receives Colt from Crowley as a reward (Emily needs to write).
~ The detoxing of Sam.
~ Ruby goes on the lamb from Lilith.
~ Sam and Dean go back to "normal hunting," trying to repair their relationship. (Dean save Lois happens ... while Sam is detoxing, probably?)
~ They hear rumors about Klaus and swing through Mystic Falls.
~ Klaus gets dead.
~ Stefan gets his freedom and gets the hell out of dodge, coming back occasionally to troll.

3) Rose run into a Slayer while she's rabid and drain her, essentially curing herself.
